NOTE: This is the largest bansuri that I make, and for those who are familiar with this tuning you will know that these require quite a reach. Not recommended for beginners or players with smaller hands. If you have any doubts about the reach, contact me to discuss before purchase.

Cherry Quena, Key of G. New design! These quena are the result of many experiments over the years that have resulted in an instrument with superior tuning balance. Well balanced quena are nearly impossible to find, and I don’t believe you will find any quena that can match the intonation of this design.

Cherry Quenacho, Key of D w/ergonomic finger hole layout for comfort (right hand on lower holes). For players with smaller hands or limited reach, these might be a bit much. You can effectively play with piper’s grip, which helps a lot.
The quenacho is a six hole flute (there is a small thumb hole that acts as a register hole, but it does not play a note) tuned to the diatonic major scale, just like the quena.

Black Ebonite Quena, Key of G. New design! These quena are the result of many experiments over the years that have resulted in an instrument with superior tuning balance. Ebonite is a natural (non-synthetic) hard rubber valued for its stability and amazing acoustic properties, and was very popular with 19th century flute makers. If you are unfamiliar with ebonite as a material, I recommend reading my blog on the subject.
